Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the site and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart and follow the instructions.
I accept credit/debit card payments through PayPal. Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to pay by credit/debit card, when all the items you require are in your basket, click on ‘Secure Checkout’ then where is says ‘If you do not currently have a PayPal account’ click on the button. This will enable you to enter your card details in a secure server.
Postage & packing
Postage & Packing is a fixed price based on the number and types of items in your shopping cart:
£1.20 for cards
£2.30 for presentation boxes
65p for postcards
All postage is based on delivery to an address in the United Kingdom. Cards can be sent outside the UK, just ask first for a quote for postage and packing. Postage and packing charges are added to your order at the checkout. I try to keep these costs to a minimum but I use first class post and secure packaging to ensure your order reaches you in the condition it left me. Your order will be posted as soon as possible after I receive it, allowing an extra day if your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or on a bank holiday.
I am not currently registered for VAT and therefore do not charge VAT on any orders.

jtcards is committed to protecting your privacy; you can be assured your information is never disclosed to third parties. ‘Cookies’ are used by the shopping basket, to remember your shopping basket items, your delivery address and other details if you use the ‘Remember me’ option.
Due to the personalised nature of my products, returns will only be accepted if there is a mistake on my part with the design. Contact me by email and I will send a replacement wherever possible or issue a refund. However, I cannot accept responsibility for incorrect details supplied.
Items that cannot be cancelled include customised/personalised items. The exceptions are where the product you receive is faulty or if the Seller has not begun your order.
