Greencuisine
At Penrhos Court, an old manor farm on the Welsh borders, Daphne Lambert runs Greencuisine courses. She believes we are what we eat, and that when organically grown food comes from the land around us it gives us as sense of true well-being.

Penrhos
Penrhos Court has been a farm for 700 years. The 13th century Cruck hall is now an award winning organic banqueting hall, serving seasonal, local, organic food for green weddings, meetings, conferences, retreats, parties and celebrations.
